Understanding if selected to perform on Texas Music Cafe, I/we grant Texas Music Cafe and its authorized marketing partners, broadcast affiliates, sponsors, and syndication networks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, air, and distribute our name, logo, promotional photos, and recorded performance clips. This includes use across television, web streaming, podcasts, social media, print, and marketing channels for the purpose of promoting the performance, broadcast episodes, and the Texas Music Cafe mission

Understanding that successful shows and broadcasts require mutual promotion. If selected, I/we agree to: Deliver high-res promotional photos, bio, and social links within 5 business days of booking. Share official event links and tags (@TexasMusicCafe) across our social channels at least three (3) times leading up to the performance date and create one (1) bespoke video clip announcing details of our performance
