Renato Diz, a Portuguese-born pianist and composer based in New York, is renowned for his transdisciplinary approach to music. With formal training in classical piano and jazz performance, including a Master’s degree from New York University, Diz has cultivated a diverse musical portfolio. His work often transcends traditional boundaries, incorporating elements of visual arts and poetry. Notable projects include Descriptions of Useless Subtitles and Meaningful Sublimations, a multimedia collaboration that intertwines music, visual art, and poetry into a cohesive artistic experience.
